You got the love, that's about it. There's no love on his part, so no mutual agreement and the fact that he has several girlfriends is standing in your way. Like Dirtball said, unless you want a polygamous marriage then it's best to move on to seek a single man who loves you, and asks for your hand in marriage himself.
