My friend had the same issues as you are having at the moment hun she was very attractive and never went short of admirers, She couldnt see this though all she saw was the bad points which no one else noticed, This made her ill her confidence had been knocked quite badly by different relationships.
In the end I did her a complete makeover hair nails face the works and because someone else had done it and not let her see untill the job was done she couldnt believe it to be her, Even though she was still that person she needed a boost of confidence hunny and thats what you need also you need to get busy finding something which interests you hobbie wise maybe doing something for others that will make you feel great about you.
Never think you are less than you really are sweetheart beauty lies within, There are e-books on the net to help with your confidence hunny and they make great reading and good sense, Always remember how much you are worth and how special you are as this is very true, You can also try the library for self help books, I hope this helps a little TAKE CARE LOVE MANDY XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

All though people say you're pretty, we always believe what we tell ourselves first. Is your lack of confidence due to your looks, or is it due to missing something else in your life. We can loose confidence by being off balance. Ignoring areas of our lives that make a difference while focusing on too much that is easy to do, but doesn't make a difference.
Become active. Join clubs or organizations that really make you feel good. I've seen people begin volunteering and their confidence skyrockets. They were lacking and needed to redirect their activities.
