Power Plate. 15 minute workouts - 2 to 3 times a week. It can be expensive in the US, but in Europe and the UK, many gyms have it as regular equipment. You DO need a good trainer for it to be effective, but it tones All your muscles and is great for "core" work. You should also do some cardio for your heart - either running, treadmill or orbital tracker, 2 or 3 times a week - 45 minutes burns about 500 calories (minimum).
