I also eat less, but it looks like I need some more ideas, because it seems really hard. I'm 5,8, and 182 ponds. I 48 years old. The weight was slowly creeping on, and now it stuck. I lose a bit, but I can't starve. So what is the best way to go for it? I'm really sick of this, because I want to see results!!! Thank you Reply to this Question Share |

Eating right is more important than eating less. I visited my doctor and was referred to a nutritionist that helped me plan a healthy balanced diet. Whatever you do don't try any "diet's" you find in magazines or any of that crap, none of them work properly at all and they should be illegal.
Then, just change your habits, use the stairs instead of lifts (elevators), walk to the shop instead of driving, buy a bicycle and use that for long distance travel etc. etc.

Dont think about it. Seriously..if you totally revolve your life around it..your libel to gain the weight back..your best bet is to gradually change your eating habits..gradually get out for that walk 15 minutes(get heart rate up) 3 times a week. While this is teh hard part..eating 5 small meals a day...that really depends on your schedual..no more than 30 grams of fat..drink water at least 5-6 glasses a day..this all comes gradual..then sooner or later it is like not a chore..it is just the way you live..so the battle of the bulge gets easier..its teh change at the beginning thats tough..dont forget your body is used to carrying around a few extra pounds so moderation..is key..
