You can't make your wife do anything she doesn't want to. That would be rape. Just putting that out there.
Most likely her reluctance to do these things is because she isn't comfortable with them. She also is probably feeling very self conscious because of your persistant pressure. Like she isn't good enough for you.
I think you need to find out what SHE wants out of your sex. The happier she is with you, the more willing she will be to do the things you want. How are you motivating her to WANT to please you?
