When he comes in make sure you have a warm bubble bath run for him, fill the bathroom with candles. Place a glass of his favourite wine beside the tub. Undress him and while his relaxing in it gently wash him. Have a big soft luxurious towel and robe waiting for him, you can even have it warmed for him.
Guide him into the bedroom, also filled with candles ...soft music. Lead him onto the bed, and start to give him a long, sensual full body massage with warm oil. Start on his back, then his front. Once his completely relaxed then begin to kiss him leading down to his...well you know the rest.

 Why not book a table at your favourite resturant, a romantic one with dim lighting, candle light, and soft back ground music, and some nice wine. Or you could suprise him and cook him one of his favourite meals, and set the table really nice.
What ever you decide im sure he will love it.
