Spoil her! Show her that she is the world to you!
As long as you're both together on her birthday, I think thats the best thing whatever you're doing.

Well there are so many things you could do.
1) Arrange a suprise birthday party. Maybe at your local pub or club whatever she may enjoy more.
2) Book a romantic weekend away here or abroad.
3) Buy her a nice piece of jewellery.
4) Write her a peom
5) Make one of her dreams come true.
You know your girlfriend best, so you will know what she will appreciate.

 How about having a bunch of flowers delivered to her first thing in the morning with a birthday note. Then sending her a morning tea muffin with a birthday and I love you note. Then suprise her by taking her to a cafe for lunch. Then cook her an amazing dinner followed by either a great movie or some other kind of entertainment that she enjoys eg ballet, a play whatever she likes.
Then finish the evening by giving her the birthday present beautifully wrapped over a nice bottle of wine.

reader, anonymous, writes (2 July 2010): hey hunny its so sweet that u wanna do this 4 her shes very lucky well if u no how 2 cook u cud cook her a candle lit meal get some candles some wine and even if u cant cook order in her fav food and get her fav film even if u dont like it and just treat her like a princess x
