 You can get onto a different page. She's your cousin and likely talking about that stuff with you because as family you're an asexual third party. If you tell her about this you are likely to freak her out and cause a major rift in the family when she tells them.
If you feel you absolutely have to tell her, I think the best approach would be something like; "I've been having these crazy dreams lately about you. It's got me thinking about you a lot and has me confused. Have you ever had a dream like that about me?" Her reaction to that will likely give you all the information you need without you having to confess your waking urges and thereby freaking her out more. Afterall, you can't control your dreams.
If she is on the same page, don't expect your family to approve.
