Is she on the fast track to new found virginity? She cheated on you and you forgave her? That "religious" route is another way of playing you off.

ok, in a psychological point of view what seems to be at play is that she has become very aware of her sexuality because you asked her whether if she slept with anyone else and in terms of sex she feels so impure that she is willing to abstinence from sex.
and of course the only thing that you can do is to talk to her and ask her what made her choose to stop now. Ask her whether if your questioning had anything to do with her decison
