Volunteer, do anything and everything asked... sew costumes, build sets, hang lights... learn, learn, learn. You'll build some GREAT freinds, and it's a lot of fun.
You need to realize however, this is like football. Lot's of guys your age want to play football. High school is easy, college less so, the pros, statistically improbable. Acting is the same way - but some one has to be the the 0.1% of those who make it. You may find out you love a profession related to acting (like being a manager), but that's OK!
Go have fun!

Best thing to do is to gain some qualifications. They'll help you with much more than acting and it's never too late to get some learning.
Once you have GCSE's look into a performing college of some sort and take it from there. Good luck!
