How do "accidentally" see a nude pic of her, a 16 year old girl?Anyways, she's really young, and as others have said vulnerable, and it's wrong to take advantage of her. but still it is HER choice. Ask her. Directly. Do not take roundabouts and talk trash and say things like you care (if you do not) but ask her if she wants to have sex with you.If she says yes, go for it. If she says no, then leave her alone. The last thing you should do in this type of situation is trying to lead her on that you like her and want a relationship (if you don't want it) and then ditch her when you've had sex with her. Be honest with both yourself and her. If it's just for the sex, tell her or leave her be. It's as simple as that.

 I would not do that. If nothing else because she is under age and you are not. Suppose something goes wrong ( she gets mad at you, her dad gets mad at you ...) they can press charges and it can get real ugly.

I would say not to go after her, as your intentions are towards having sex with her, rather than getting to know her better. Also how do you accidently see a nude pic? Your young and your hormones are still raging. But if your interested in knowing her first, and not just seeing her as a trophy or a sex object. I mean have genuine feelings for her, then ask her out whats there to loose? but remember she IS only 16, so she is still vunerable, so do NOT take advantage of that. Make sure you always show her respect. Then who knows wat the future holds :)
