My parents fight some what and don't sleep together in the same room, but i watched the last one for a few months to see if it got used. But now i am worried he will realize there gone and he never goes in those drawers anymore, but i am wondering what i should do.

Tell him, I think he rather you USE condoms then knock up a girl. However.... IF you are old enough to use condoms... you are old enough to buy your own.
And DO NOT use expired condoms any more.

Dear Anonymous, 22-25
The first and most important principle here is honesty. You are stealing. Granted there is very low value here, but it is still taking something that isn't yours. So the thing you should do, is to replace what you have taken and buy your own from now on.
Now for the other side issues. One, I'm a dad, I have condoms in my dresser. I don't hide them. I don't count them. I hope that my kids are smart enough to steal one rather than trying some questionable alternative. So while I may feel bad that they are trying to hide a sexual activity from me, I would rather they play it safe.
Next, Outdated product, Probably ok being kept in a cool dark place. But for the cost of new not worth the risk. So do your Dad a favor and replace his old stock.
Further, at your age you are allowed to buy your own. If you are being sexually active it's time that you faced the buying of the supplies. If you really can't take it, order online, but better to man up and just do it.
Last, If dad and mom aren't sharing a bed, and he's not using those drawers, are you sure Mom isn't? You should be communicating more with your parents.

if it bothers you that bad, just go and replace them and get some for yourself too. (I doubt it matters what brand as your dad is unlikely to remember since he didn't pay that much attention to them)

Firstly, stop using condoms that have expired. They may not work as effectively. Secondly, don’t take what isn’t yours, buy your own. You should replace them, and unless he knows and agrees that it’s okay, you shouldn’t be looking through your father’s dresser anyway.
I wish you all the very best.
