Hoping for some help from the agony aunts.I have gotten some good advice here in the past. I worked with a man with whom I had a strong attraction. I found out he was married and decided it could go no furher. I thought it would be all well and good and cut and dry. He is now having an affair with another colleague. I quite like her and do think they really like each other although I have met his wife and liked her too. I am suspecting he must have mentioned my 'near miss' with him to her and she is acting really possessive with him on a committee we are working on together...he seems nervous that she will think he and I are too close. It just seems a bit odd.

I need to work with both of them. I have tried to be really professional and pleasant to both of them but she seems hypersensive and hypervigilant of me and him. Any feedback really appreciated.

eddie agony auntUnless this is interfering with your work, it is none of your concern. Let her treat him as she chooses. It's a devious affair anyway.
