writes: I split from my ex about 9 months bk, it was my first proper relationship which lasted 3 1/2 years. I thought i was over him but now this girls moved in to his place and im so jealous. I think its the thought of him movin on first. I dont kno wat to do i need to move on but i cant.

i totally know where your comming from on this its hard to see your ex with someone else and the fact that hes got there first isnt exactly making things easier for you. but every one does eventually move on no matter what the problem is it jsut happens that he got there first.
and maybe now that hes moved on youll will too soon. he may have beaten you to a new relationship but maybe playing the waiting game will earn you more points in dat department.
feeling jealous is completly natural and we all feel it jsut hearing my ex talk about other girls makes me want to cry and scream. so i cant exactly imagine what you feel like at the moment.
why not go out with a few mates have a great night out and put on the flirt charm we all possess, or hand out your number to a few guys youll move on realy easy as long as you try not to let your current situation get in the way if you can ignore this when your around someone you find attractive youll move on easily i promise. itle be hard at first but when negative thoughts enter your head simply say something along the lines of "get lost" to them. dont let negative thoguhts or jealousy get in the way after all at the moment that could be another thing that is holding you back from moving on.
