Well, it seems to me that if he liked you, then why wouldn't he ant to go out with you? You need tell him yourself about what happened, becasue in the end all off the deicsions to make are down to you.
If you explain it to him then he'll be able see more cleaery and what a fool he seemed to you, this will put him down, but not much. Then ask him-yourself-to go out with him again. Apologise to him and say your sorry afterwards for being a fool, this should comfort him in a way and then you'll have a stronger realtionship again.
Try it, if it doesnt work, then he mustn't still care much for you and he isn't the guy for you.

 She can't! You are barely out of diapers love and shouldn't be dating anyone at your age. You should be concentrating on your school work and enjoying life with your girlfriends just now. There is plenty time to date in a few years time when you are older. Forget boys just now and just enjoy growing up.
