Hi There.

Well, there's this guy, who I thought fancied me (he used to poke, hug and annoy me and tease). He doesn't really interact with me now, like the poking and teasing.

The only thing that has changed was that I had my hair cut and it made me look slightly different.

So, if there a way to find out if he still does fancy me, without asking him outright?

Thanks again.

Just continue hanging out with him and you'll see his behaviour but i think probably he doesn't like your new hair style and feels uncomfortable being around you.Just give him some time and he'll back to normal. If he's avoiding you,let him be.You are the girl and he's the guy,who should be doing the chasing! But please don't force things as you may end up being taken advantage of.He may be trying to just be friends.

kenny agony auntMaybe he was poke, prod, and tease you because he reslly did fancy you. These are normally gestures that are carried out to tell someone that we like them without actually teling them, kind of flirting i guess. I can only asume that he stoped becuse he thought you did not like him, maybe he thought that you was not returning his flirtatious gestures and simply gave up.

Next time you see him go up and talk to him and ask him what he has been up too, smile at him and try to maintain eye contact, find excuses to playfully touch him, and laugh at things he says.

Hope it goes well x

AskEve agony auntGuys your age are far more immature than girls so they WILL poke and tease you. If he's stopped doing this it may be he doesn't like your hair and thinks it makes you look quite different but if he likes you as a person then he won't be long starting to make advances to you again with the poking and teasing. If he likes you then with time it will soon become evident. Watch to see if he catches your eye, always seems to be where you are hanging out etc. One way or another it will become evident with time.
