Thanks a lot, I think the pre orgasm will work best, she goes on top and it's good, but once she gets into she really goes hard, enjoys it, a lot, but then it hurts her. I kind of thought that it might take the fun out of the sex for her if she gets what she wants first, but they say the second O comes easier, I'll give it a go. thanks.

 Try some different positions... use a bit of lube... a different position may help alot... say her on top that way shes in control and that may make her more relaxed... experiment a little... the more you try the more you will know what will work best for both of you.
