foreplay is something you can both benefit and can be really fun, ther is no certain way to do foreplay you just go with the flow. start using your'e tongue at the top and work down to her thigh, move down to her vagina and slowly and lightly lick up and down with the tip of your tongue, don't go to fast as the clitoris is an extremely sensitive part.just remember though it's her first time too. try that at first and maybe ask her to put your hands were she wants them and as your licking her tell her to move your head were she likes it, this helps you see what she likes for next time. trust me a boy with a soft warm tongue down there will make her go dizzy.

Alright, first thing is first, kissing, kissing is the biggest ppart of foreplay, kiss her lips, then move down her neck, and if she is comfortable with it go to her breasts, this will really get her going. Be mindful of your hands, play aroung near her beltline or on her inner thigh, tease, do not just shove your hand in there, dont go too fast though or she'll be wanting something else before you get a chance to ask advice on that.
