Keep your crushes close and your crushes with girlfriends closer, isn't that how the saying goes?
Just be careful if she leaves him and starts going out with you straight away, she'll need some space between relationships and if she confronts you about how you feel then don't lie, it'll just come back to haunt you otherwise.

 She likes you too, but she has a boyfriend, and you should respect that she has a boyfriend. The best thing you can do now is be her friend because it's better being that than nothing at all.
