Do what you gotta do... tell her straight up. no holding back. basically 'BACK OFF' not in a rude way but be mature as you can be without having to fight.
but for now, you should tell her!
And the thing I don't know if your man let's your friend feel him and kiss him and tell him this and that? if he is letting her do so, then obviously your boyfriend does not have the respect of being with you, don't care if he is in the relationship.
With your friend... you should confront her and if she says she does like your bf, then what kind of friend is she? She doesn't care for you if that's the case.
It's even worse if she denies her crush on your BF, she is lying to your face.
FOR NOW. confront. ASAP
