A female Philippines age 36-40, *_maldita writes:

My ex bf didn't try to explain to me why he just took off but I found out from friends that he said he was scared to face me....

He even told them that those rumors about him cheating isn't true at all and it's all in my imagination...

Well how would I know that if he doesn't even talk to me at all.

He keeps on explaining to everybody that he is not cheating and that he is not guilty of anything but why is he hiding then???

People who hides are the ones that are guilty and they keep hiding because they are scared of admitting their mistakes...

Well it only proves that he is guilty and that he is coward...

It's very shameful of what he is doing...

Should I keep chasing him or just wait until he is ready to face me????

A female reader, anonymous, writes (1 August 2011):

Do not chase him. You'll end up looking like a mug.

It was up to him to deal with you face to face and either confirm or deny the rumours. He has chosen instead to run away. That alone gives you some insight into his character, or lack thereof.

Based on behaviour, I suspect the rumours are true. He wasn't a stand up guy then, he isn't now and he probably won't be in the future.

Leave him to his own devices. Or vices.

VSAddict agony auntFirst of all, he's your ex. If he doesn't want anything to do with you, then you should leave him alone. He's your ex and there's a reason why he's your ex. You shouldn't want anything to do with him. Whatever he did shouldn't matter now because you guys aren't dating and there's really no need for it to be an issue anymore. So stop thinking about him and what he did and just move on.
