Hi there. Im 20 years old and i have been masturbating since i was about 12-13, and problaby 2 a day since i was 15. Now when i was about 17 i started having sex and ever since that time i have had problems ejaculating. Recently this problem has gotten worse and now i have problems staying hard for long periods of time, i have no problem getting an erection but keeping it is the problem. Now after reading a few topic online ive realised that i have desensetized my penis, in other words my penis has gotten used to my tight grip doing the work that the soft wet vagina does not compare in that department altho its ofc much better in other areas. Now i realise i must stop masturbating but will that make it better? Lets say i stop masturbating for 3 weeks, will it get better or am i doomed do be like this forever? Is there any kind of lotion or something like that that can help me? Id love to get some feedback. And if somone has some tips and good pointers on how to stop masturbating it would be great since a realise this will be a struggle.

Ok. The answer is STOP it. If yiu start to feel horny and feel the need, just think of some thing gross or some thing that will help get your mind off of it. It will be hard to do at first. But if you want to get the feeling back you need to do this. I hope this helped.

DoubleM agony auntWell I agree that masturbation can desensitize to a degree, but it is not like some incurable disease. On the other hand (no pun intended), it is a 99 percent probability that you will occasionally masturbate throughout your life, as most of us do.

It is normal and very natural, although frequency can possibly be an issue.

At 20-years-old, you should not worry about occasionally masturbating, but consider sex with a willing partner the priority.

If your girlfriend or wife is willing, you are much more likely to ejaculate successfully and regularly with oral sex. It simply provides more sensitive feeling than the wet vagina, but do both, and always do her orally as well.

Stop looking at sexy imagery and there is always the old run around the park method.
