 I hope this is a hoax question but in case not...you need to see a doctor to get checked out. Sexual relations are illegal at your age for good reason - children lack the emotional maturity required for that sort of thing and are open to exploitation. I think you should tell your parents and think about counselling to work out why you feel so sad and unhappy that you can only get your kicks through sex with your cousin.

 Is this a serious post reallly? Let me get this straight your 11 and you had sex with your cousin and now your worried you have caught something, to be honest i would be more worried about sleeping with my cousin! Your 11 you are way way way to young to start having sex your body isnt developed yet and you could seriously damage yourself by doing this you need to stop having sex NOW wait till your older and legal and dont do it with your cousin. Lots of STD'S have symptoms (itching,spots, ozzing blisters) but some like chlymadia dont, doesnt seem to bad having a disease that has no symptoms right? WRONG left un treated it can lead to infertility in women (because i doubt you have done sex education because of your age, that means you will be unable to have children) STD'S yeah there terrible but AIDS and Hepatits are ALOT worse because although there are drugs to control them there is NO cure and eventually the drugs stop working and you DIE! Are you scared yet i hope so because maybe now you will stop having sex untill you are ready and know the facts, sex isnt somethng you do because everyone else is doing it.
Ok lecture over (you probably think im a real bitch but i cant stand girls who give there virginity so easily and while there so young after mine was stolen from me so i no longer had the choice) you need to get checked out there are loads of free clinics that you can just walk into you dont have to give them your real name or anything (and yes you will probably get lectured about safe sex and underage sex) its not very pleasant but it doesnt hurt its a little uncomfortable and a little embarressing but these people do it all day everyday you havnt got anything they havnt seen before, you may get asked if you want and AIDS test i would do this aswell (its a blood test but dont panic it doesnt hurt! It hurts less then a normal injection) then in 2 weeks time you will have the results. I would tell your mum though things like this parents need to know especially when you need a shoulder to cry on.

 You are WAY too young to be having sex at your age! At 11 your body isn't even fully developed yet. You should confide in your mum and go to have it checked out. Thankfully, most STD's can be treated - see the link below which will help.
