hi
do not panic, you can do one of two thing go to the A&E or go and see your doctor, the pills you have taken may be causing damage to your body, the shaking is due to the reaction of the over dose of pills you have taken, please see some one as soon as possible for your health sake, Please do not take this amount of pills again, when you go to the A&E or the DR take the pills with you and tell them everything, all the side affects that you have had since taking the pills, try to stay calm.

Hi sweetness,
It's wonderful that you're recognizing your problem, and trying to help yourself. I think that you do have a problem with pills, and I want you to know that you're NOT alone. I know a lot of people who have lost themselves to pill popping. One of my close friends ended up stealing $400 from me to support her habit.
These habits can really take hold of you and change you a lot if you don't face it NOW and help yourself out of this.
If you really, truly, madly, deeply want to stop taking pills (and I really hope you do), write a letter to your parents telling them not to judge you, but to help you. They might get a little mad, but they love you and they'll help you get better.
It sounds like your friends might not be much help. If they are doing it too, I think you might want to stay away from them for a little bit.
Don't let your body get adjusted to the drugs. Don't get dependent.
If you can't tell your parents, call a hotline. You can find lots of numbers online, and maybe someone can help you.
Message me if you need anymore help. I really hope you find the strength to stop taking pills. They will really mess you up and take your life, friends and family away from you.
Good luck, sweetness.
