 I had one like that once....he did those things and he cried lots....and I mean lots!!
It got a bit too much for me and I tried to end it with him in a nice way. Long stroy short he became a bit of a stalker. I almost had to contact the police to get rid of him!!
IF you enjoy his attention then relax and enjoy if not I suggest talking to him and if its really starting to creep you out then run for the hills!!!
