Just tell her, then you'll feel better.

Honesty is very important in a relationship, but really, I wont tell her. It only hurts.
Why dont you just call her up, saying something lighthearted?
If she is still in love with you, then you two have a chance.
BUT stop cheating!

It could be the guilt that has finally sunken in, or a thought that triggered your passionate feelings for her which would explain why she seems to flood your thoughts every second.
But I really think you should tell her that you cheated on her, just to rid yourself of the guilt that may plague you or IS plaguing you. That is the only explanation I can give other than, perhaps you really love her.
I hope that helps.

OK buddy, here's the deal, you're probably thinking of her because your unconscious sources are letting you know that she's into something. She found somebody else or is simply cheating on you. LDR are hard to pursue. Good luck
