Do you think that is flirting or good friendly banter or is she developng feelings for me?

 By just going on the information you have given its hard to say if its flirting or friendly banter, Although i would probably sway more torwards friendly banter.
Does she give you prolonged eye contact then smile and look away, does she ever playfully touch you, or laugh at what you say even if its not that funny?.
If she does any of this then i would most certainly say she fancies you.
