How can I try to overcome my insecurities and stop stressing about everything?

It's natural to be insecure about about yourself at points but don't let it effect your everyday life & relationships with people it just isn't worth it!
I honestly think that a lot of peoples insecurities come from caring about what other people think of you FAR TOO MUCH!
I know it's hard just to say "You know what? F*#k it!" but try it! It does help HONEST!
I'm shy,not very out going,clumsy,silly,a bit chubby,not overly pretty,messy & annoying BUT you know what? F*#k it you have to look at yourself & say;
"I am me,I like me,I wont change something about myself to suit others because I love me!"
Stop looking at yourself thinking negative things coz you then project negative things,except things you don't like about yourself if you can't change them & if you can change them do it!
You chose to make yourself unhappy,chose to be HAPPY!
Yeah you have down days but don't chose to stay down!
Just chill & remember everyone around you is the same they have stuff they are insecure as well.
Fake being confident & low and behold it actually happens.
Change the way you think about yourself,don't try to change the way others think about you coz you can not please everybody.
It's YOUR life make yourself happy.
