I think the person who answered this before me needs to stop trying to spread the word of god to someone who could very well not have been brought up in a religious household, as I myself wasn't. I think that may be why I have such a problem with people trying to preach to young kids about what god does and doesn't want for them.
I think it is perfectly normal for you to be having sexual feelings at 13, but looking at pornography on the internet is not however appropriate for someone your age. Pornography can be vulgar, and there may be some images that you shouldn't see, or quite possibly really don't want to see.
Just be careful and try to be honest and open with your parents/guardian(s).

Get something like this and put it on a USB stick, that means there will be few traces on the PC to reflect what you are doing. If you know how, encrypt it or get a stick with encryption build in. That should make your porn surfing private.
Stay away from paysites, be a healthy skeptic when it comes to surfing the web especially the seedy side of it. Do NOT use IE and block popups and do NEVER install any app from a porn site. Bittorrent is an accepted P2P app but do NOT install one from a seedy site if needed.
Neither install any third party codecs or use Windows Media player. http://smplayer.sourceforge.net/ is a very good player that doesn't download codecs or have more security holes then group 4.
As for not being caught, do it in a private place, your room or the bathroom and keep the door locked. Play some music to hide any noise but don't make it to obvious.
