I was just admiring her the other day and realised how sexy I find her.However I know that she already has a bf and I am sure that they are happy together. But I really want to go out with her! (plus I have never asked out a girl before and esp. not anyone in school.) What do you think I should do? I SERIOUSLY like her!!

 I don't think it's really fair to break a relaltionship apart just for what you want. Sorry to say it but I think you should keep looking for somebody else to be with.
