 We went to a fancy dress party recently and I bought a vampire fairy outfit, sort of a ripped, tatty skirt with a pvc red and black bodice and long gloves and tatty wings. Ive only worn it once in public but its certainly been worn at least ten times since july - he even asked me to pack it for our holiday!!! Wearing it for a halloween party and cant wait til afterwards!!!!!!!!

 I like Waz's idea, spice it up big time and go mad why don't you.
Do what he said, take hubby to a wine-bar/pub, whatever, and make sure it's busy, then strike up a conversation with others who don't know you.
Get them to join you if you like. Let on to them first though - that he's your brother, {but don't tell hubby at this point} then start to be over 'friendly' with him in front of them, start stroking his leg, and feel him up... whisper seductively in his ear, and play with his hair {if he's not bald that is, if he is - then stroke his head instead} ...watch people's reaction, your man wont know why people are looking so shocked.
If you like, at that stage, whisper to him what your game is and get him to play along with you, then go all out and get the ol' feelers going, and grope 'til your hearts content.
Go that bit further and even sit on his lap and mention that you haven't got any nix on. Let the others hear you.
OH! I've always wanted to do something as outrageous as that in public. Wish I was you, I'd do it!
You'll have such a laugh, and I bet it would turn him on too!
Now that would be a birthday surprise for hubby!

Assuming you're something like Fiona Bruce, any of #'s 1,2 or 3 would do nicely, provided there's stockings and suspies underneath. #4 would do too - but the susps would obviously be exchanged for fishnet tights. Forget #5 unless he's got unnatural tendencies, and #6 - bugger that - the mere thought of it makes me wince! #7 - absolutely anything with the stockings and susps!
