I run everyday, don't eat a lot of junk food, and don't tend to snack either. I do my excercise DVD's and have even started taking LipoBind, but again nothing is happening. I'm so fed up of looking in the mirror, and seeing someone i don't want to be. I just need some way of doing this! I know i can do it, but i don't know how. I have the determination. Please, i just need help on how to do this... how to speed up my metabolism, some exercise ideas? Recipes etc or even websites or recomended exercise DVD'S? Anything would be so appreciated! Thanks xxx

I know how you feel, I was stuck with the same situation. It has been proven that the best way to tone up and lose weight (fat not muscle) is weightlifting cardio. There is a class in most gyms called Body Pump and also Circuit training is an excellent class for fitness and weight loss. Try to limit carbs to before three o'clock and always eat protein after you exercise. Charlie Brookes workout is also very good with a 1500 calorie in-take. Remember to have healthy snacks around 100 (included in your calorie in-take) twice aday and drink plenty of water (avoid all fizzy drinks).
