Well we're around the same age and my bf is a year older than me so he prolli wont care that youre younger. Guys in our age group like younger chicks. Dont be too flirty but also dont be too shy. Try your best too make him laugh and become friends with his friends

 You're TOO YOUNG to be asking anyone OUT. Just be friends and do group things together with others. You're just asking for trouble otherwise at your age.
