However when I logged on to MSN I have found that he is going out with another girl in my form who he has never met (asked out on MSN!!). This realy upset me because I think I love him. I have had boyfriends but never actually truly been in love until now. My friends don't know I like him either. And If he does dump this other girl then I wont be able to go out with him anyway because she's quite a close friend and I can't date her ex. I don't know whether to flirt with him on Friday (she's not there) because I can't tell him now, and there are other guys who want to go out with me but I really just wanted that one... What do I do??

First of all people flirt partly for ego boost, partly to show proper interest in others. You're NOT IN LOVE WITH HIM. It's def. just lust I would guess from what you say. You "thinking you love him" is exactly that "thinking".
Tell your close friend you like him, this will save your heartache and you treading on her toes as a "can't date a girlfriends ex". If she values your friendship she will pass him by and let you get with him. Flirt with him Friday, but tell her you like him in the meantime. Flirt with the other guys too, flirting is just flirting. Always good to have plan B going on if plan A fails.
