 if he hasn't broke up with you then he loves you very much and he's still there for you so don't worry about it would be nice to tell him just tell him you love him and learn from your past mistakes but if you tricked him twice shame on him and he won't come back to you. So you need to learn from the past.

reader, anonymous, writes (5 May 2008): hey i can't tell you what to write exactly in your note but i only know one thing. When you write your note, tell him how much you love him and bring up examples when he showed you love when you did those things in the past. most importantly, try not to be overly negative and apologetic. Instead of saying 'i'm sorry i had to treat you this way', say something like 'i'm thankful for you and everything you did'. and don't go too harsh on yourself when you write the note. :) i hope this helps. stay positive!
