writes: I am Catholic, I was married previously in a civil ceremony, but 4yrs into the marriage it was blessed by my Parish Priest. My spouse is deceased (3 yrs ago) I am planning to be remarried, this individual is not Catholic, but is divorced. What do I have to do, to be married in the Church?

I'm not sure what you would need to do to be married in the Church. Parishes have different points of view of what should be done when one of the parties is Catholic and the other is not, or what they accept when one of the parties is divorced but was never married by the Catholic Church. You would have to ask this question in your parish.
You have no impediments for remarriage yourself, as your husband is deceased.

If you get married in a Catholic Church, you go through classes and he becomes Catholic.
If you get married in a different church, you're not able to receive communion.
