 There is truly no easy way to tell your parents. What you should do is sit down with them and your boyfriend and say that its really important. I suppose you are a bit young for a baby with school so they may not take it well. Just make shore you tell them before the effects happen.

 The next time you get a chance, tell them that there is something they have to know. Preferably when they're sat down and calm. If you can, I think it would be a good idea for your boyfriend to be there as well so they know he is going to take responsibility.
There isn't an easy way to say it, but it's better they find out now than if they had to discover it because of your tummy's growth.

Be honest, sit them down and explain the situation. Say how you made a mistake, and apologize if you disappointed them. Ask for their support, and discus plans such as keeping the baby, or adoption.
If your parents are not happy and tell you to give the baby up for adoption consider it. Think about how if the baby lives with capable adults who will love and care for him/her that the baby will be happy. If you ultimately decide to keep the baby try to get as much support from your parents, and your boyfriends parents.
