Only they will be able to see the man as he trully is. It matters not what you think of him.
As a friend, your place is to be there to help your friends pick up the pieces when the inevitable happens and he moves on from them.
So, by all means, warn your friends and tell them your doubts about the man, just don't go manipulating the scenario according to YOUR own purpose, no one needs a friend like that.

"So Carson, sleeping with three of my friends already is a hat-trick! Don't you think that's enough scoring for this year?"
"Did you hear? Serena was treated for herpes?"
"How did you take the news that Georgie was expecting your baby?"
"I guess you are finished sleeping with Zoe, then?"
Feel free to make up a few of your own and then pepper the convesation with them, directly in front of him and his next potential conquest. I wouldn't bother trying to be polite or the soul of discretion, he certainly hasn't. Call him on it. Others deserve to be warned off. Other girls will appreciate it.
