Her desire for sex has cooled. How can I rekindle it?

Ok heres the deal! My girlfreind and I are bolth the same age and have been together for almost 5 years now. The begining of our relationship was awsome sex sex sex,anywhere anytime anyplace. Auviously it has slowed down but the past year has came almost to a hult! I bend over backwards for this women tried all the new things everything i can think of. I find myself attractive and succsessful and I cant seem to find the problem. We have talked about it in all ways possible she just isnt into it anymore. I want it more than ever cause i cant have it! She was the girl who wanted me for years but I wasnt have'n it. Then i finally gave in and now the script has been flipped. Where did i go wrong? What do I do? I have suggested counciling but she dosent think we need it, she thinks it will fix itself. Please throw me a line i need help. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
