But I think about this guy all the time and fantasize about being with him. I can't get him out of my head. The attraction between us is INTENSE and MIND BLOWING and we both want to jump each other to put out the fire. We are both restraining ourselves to the best of our ability but I can't stand it. Please help! How do I keep my urges in control? How do I deal with him when he is in my presence? I find I can't even talk to him or look at him anymore!!! This is crazy. I could really use your advice!! Reply to this Question Share |

You must cease contact with him. It's that simple. No titillating attraction is worth jeopardizing your real relationship.

"Jumping each other will not put out the fire" - as you should well know; it will only make it more intense.
So, if you are both in committed relationships, what you must do is to cut any and all contact you have with this man, whether by phone, email, IM, Twitter, tweet, Skype, everything. If you work with him, you must avoid him as much as possible and when you need to have contact, make sure its strictly business: no longing looks or flirting, nothing and be as brief as possible.
If you can't talk to him or look at him anymore, then - DON'T.
