Does everyone think this is acheivable?I eat fairly healthy already, but do little to none exercise, so I'm hoping that doing swimming, running and cycling, crunches, trampolining, and hula-hooping up to Christmas will work.Anyone give me any more tips?I'm 136 lbs and 5'7'' now.x

First of all though - sort out your fridge. Get rid of the butter/marge, and full fat milk (only buy skimmed). Do aerobic excercise - 20 mins jogging a day will do the trick. Swimming is also excellent and I love your idea of hula-hoopin too! I personally wouldn't eat fruit if you're on a diet (lots of calories) but as you have to stay healthy, perhaps supplements should be taken. It's important to have a little of what you fancy - but margarine and butters are really fattening and tinned tomatoes can be put on anything and are completely low on fat (I eat them lots - healthy but hardly any fat at all). Best of luck - Christmas isn't far away and imagine how great you will feel if you lose the weight and slip on that sexy dress! Keep reminding yourself of that.

apple vinegar helps a lot and also diyretics(pills that make you urinate). You can use this as supplement, just for a couple of weeks. Use the pills carefully and ocassionaly, only when u eat a solted food, That prevents a calulit.
I get fat very quckly and easily, i just ENJOY eating, specialy meat and very fat things.
But my weight never has dramatic change. 4-5kg more-less.
When need to lose weight, usualy i prevent myself from the immidiate impuls for food, means at the moment when im hungry, i dont get food... after an hour-two i feel much less necessity to eat, and eat whatever i want, but i cut on amount. If i was having a 300gr beef befopre, i took only 150-200, and loose quite fast.
Excesise obligatory, any! That keep s you fit and helthy and makes you feel much better afterwards. If you like to loose waight you will dress more, puting some nylons helps a lot too. Just put more clothes!
And have intyensive social life, go walking, meet friends anywhere , anything that will keep u occupied and not thinking of food.
I m in that damn habit of eating at night, if u re just went to bed, control a self a bit, or if cant take but just little bits of food. Thats my suggestion!
vegatables, fruit u know this sure...
But dont exclude urself from ur favorite food. I have many friends that do that and never loose any weight. Eat everything u want, just cut on the ammount of intake!
Hope i was helful
Good luck

hey
I think that you are capable of losing that weight before christmas, since you eat healthy if you exercise you are bound to lose wieght steadily. If not have you tried to reduce your calorie intake from 2000 to 1500 if your are eating the daily recommended amount. If you find it hard to be motivated, try buying yourself a nice article of clothing a size smaller than what you are now, to motivate you to work hard. Or you could always book a holiday for christmas somewhere hot to motivate you.
Good luck

Well the best way to get motivated is to not think too much or plan too much and just do it.
Don't give it another second of thought, and just go right now and do your set of crunches. And afterwards go swimming.
Tomorrow, don't think about it too much and just DO IT. Take a run. Jump on the trampoline.
Make it a habit as something as common as brushing your teeth. You don't think about brushing your teeth. Right? You just do it. So do the same with excercise.
Don't wait till you are "motivated." Or you feel motivated. Don't worry about "motivation." Just do it no matter what.
