Condoms are not 100% effective, but using lots of lubricant helps keep them from breaking. It is a good idea to use a back-up method such as the pill, but don't think that just because you are protected from getting pregnant that you are protected from getting STDs - only a condom can protect you from STDs & there are some you can still catch even with a condom. I suggest researching it.
Also "squirting" is not the same as "cumming" or having an orgasm. Most women do not squirt when they orgasm, or at least don't know how to, but they can still have an orgasm. Can you have an orgasm or are you just talking about squirting fluid when you come? Even if you think you "can't" have an orgasm that can be normal & it may take a lot of experience before you figure out what works for you. There is lots of info on the acheiving orgasm (or squirting if you want to) available on the net.

The Condom must be somewhat tight fitting so as not to come off during entercourse. The Man must also use a lubricant on the outside of the condom or it is likely to break. I also recommend the man pulls out before he cums (EVEN WITH THE CONDOM), this way there is ZERO chance that sperm can enter the woman.

The coil is a tiny device they put in you to prevent pregnacy. Try looking it up on google as I don't know enough to to put here :)
Also with squirting- some ladies can do it some can't. Some can teach themselves to do it, some can't.
I would talk to your doctor about safest forms of protection as they are not all 100%.

if you want to be extremely safe then i would advise going on the pill and using a condom - this way you are protected from STI's and have two contraceptives. there are also other forms of contraception such as the injection, the tab and the coil. as for 'squirting' - you are not broken - its just that some ppl dont come as much as others and sometimes you may not come at all. you could do some research and expore eachtother - ie him finding your g spot etc, this may help with the 'squirting'

The safest thing to prevent STD's and pregnancy is abstinence. It's 100%. I call those good odds.
But for actual advice, using the pill correctly alongside using a condom is incredibly effective. If both are in use, and both are being used correctly, then the chance of pregnancy is really low.
You're young so I don't suggest any of the permanent things like a vacsectamy or anything like that. Stay with things like condoms and the pill, I think those will be the easiest to get and to use.
About squirting, I've never done it so I can't give advice on how to, but like Jess said, some women can't. Just keeping trying and if your boyfriend hits just the right spot (g spot) then maybe you'll cum.
-Good luck.

try condoms or the pill but if you want more extreme methods theres the injection that stops you from conceiving theres the implant and theres the coil
use which ever one you feel most comfortable with

By this- "he wants me to squirt" I assume you mean he wants you to come, if you can't then it doesn't mean you are broken. many women can't. There are other methods of birth control, more long-term methods. I suggest you go to your doctor and ask them to inform you of all your options. Hope this helps! xxx
