Sometimes just ask yourself "Is the situation really worth getting angry (or this angry) about?" I have a coworker who blows up at the smallest things behind the counter, and he could really use some anger management. Many things aren't worth the energy of anger we release towards them, so analyze the situation logically before any rash actions can come about.Or you could call a friend, I have a go to person to express some stuff I really get pissed about.Have a good one, lovelynightmare

You're 15 you have all the time in the world to go on courses etc...If you have serious anger issues, professional help is the way ahead, but if you're just being an angry teenager, learn to walk away and calm down. I was a very angry young man at your age, I found training hard helped, running going to the gym anything to channel that energy. In the end Army discipline fixed me but that's not for everybody.

Controling your anger is important, so I hope that you find some help on here.Smashing up things OUTSIDE, can help calm your anger when it rises. Milk bottles, or things that you NO LONGER need should come in handy at this perticular time.Stress balls can come in handy, too. As all your anger and force gets pressed into the ball, leaving you carm and de-stressed.If you have a pond with a water fall, or any type of flowing water in your house (a running tap will do), then watching flowing water can help you feel more at ease too.A simple slow count down to 10 can make you feel much better by the time you reach number ten. Some foods you eat can make your anger rise. If you know deep down that you're eating an unhealthy diet, this may be affecting your stress level, keep up with fruits and healthy things that you still enjoy eating.Sleep can also help your anger lever shrink. Every night sleep a few minutes more and after a while you will want to sleep earlier and rise up earlier.Good luck! :)
