With your "coupons", I think it would be nice to throw some pictures in from when you got married, maybe before, during and after...if you have any love letters or notes that you kept, even something from your honey moon...just not All about coupons. This will give him something to reflect on especially if you've been married for a while...? Also, you can just xerox them so if you have them kept in your wedding album, they don't get lost this way. As far as coupons: (use yummy words to describe)
Romantic shower for 2
Passionate night of love making
Delightful tasting blowjob
**What was already stated was great, just add some "extra" words that will make him REALLY THINK!!! :)
What is his passion? What does he really enjoy as well...make that a last coupon of something he loves that he can spend time with you in doing. It doesn't all have to be about sex, you can throw in a few others that would really make his mind boggle and throw him off in the beginning. Like going to see a football game follow me?
Wonderful idea and good luck to you!!!

Some classics:
- 1 massage
- 1 night of dirty sex
- pick a position (where he can pick a position for you to have sex in)
- 1 "get out of this fight free" card (be sure you write the terms and conditions on that one!)
- 1 homemade dinner of your choice
- 1 clean bathroom
- 1 blow job
- 1 striptease
- 1 whine free sports game viewing (if he's into sports and if you're not)
Getting ideas? Great idea on the anniversary coupon book - very thoughtful!!
