See i still have some weight to lose about 10-15 lbs, and then i thought it would be good to start lifting weights. I was wondering how long in between do i have to wait to lift weights, is it 1st day arms and chest, then 2 days later lower body and legs, and back and forth with those two. I would really appreciate some help from experienced people, also is it good to drink the protien drink called Myoplex when i lift the weights? If you know what it is...please help. Lifting is all about consistent lifting and eating loads of protein to have muscle gains. 3 to 4 days a week, giving every alternate day a rest day, is the ideal training schedule. The key is to allow at least a full day for your body to rest and recuperate after heavy lifting in the gym the previous day. Also, try not to have more than an hours worth of training, as anything more than that can instead diminish muscle growth. So try to keep your training sets within that time frame.
The part of body you're targetting each session really depends on what you're comfortable with. For example, I train Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. I train biceps, chest and shoulders on Mondays as thats when Im usually feeling the strongest. Tuesdays, I train triceps and back. I train my legs on Fridays because Id hate walking around the office with wobbly legs during the week, and because Id have the whole weekend to recuperate from the pain. You could switch around to accommodate your preference.
Myoplex is a great meal replacement. Actually one of the best Ive taken, only drawback is that its quite expensive. Also, it is quite thick but thats partly cause I add milk to it, not water. It tastes horrible with water in my opinion. You should be aware though that there are hundreds of other good whey protein/meal replacements out there in the market, and they all do the same thing. The only difference is price. Id also advice you to keep switching brands, rather than just Myoplexing it over and over again. Just make sure you check the label and that you're getting the most amount of protein in each serving.
Good luck.

I think it would be better if you do the whole routine everyday.
That way you will be more regular in your exercise.

There are tons of websites out there to help you body build in a safe way. I agree with Divon, this may not be the best forum for your question. Especially with your age, you really need to be careful to not injure yourself. I work out every day and I have a set routine complete with specific nutrition, but I'm almost 30 and a chick...Kind of different. Most of the people on here who will give you a decent, responsible, trustworthy answer probably don't know much about bodybuilding for a teenager. You're still growing, you know? You could really mess yourself up if you aren't educated and guided properly and you have to have attainable goals as well. Do you have a coach or someone who could help you? I drink Myoplex every day and yes, it does help build and feed lean muscle, there are a few types out there, but I take mine for the protein. It does have high-quality protein, but some of them also have a lot of carbs that you might not need depending on your program. Here's a decent website that you could get started with:
