I had that problem! tell you something my first boyfriend only kissed me properlly after 2 and a half years! The way i got to him to do it without hinting was like be obbsessed with my lips like cosntantly put lip gloss on! give him loads of hugs and kiss him on the cheek or the forehead when he does something nice! and you know those epic moments people have when there just having a conection! just stare into his eyes and but bdont look any where near his lips okay! hope ive been of some help and your kiss comes faster than mmine! xx

So kiss him. For all the talk about men and sex, men can be very shy. He may not know whether you want to be kissed, he may be nervous in case he does it wrong. So kiss him instead.

If you want, make the first move, although, try doing it without making him feel uncomfortable, or freaked out. Also, there are chances that he want to kiss you, too, but he might not be sure if you do. Have you ever told him if you want to be kissed or not? Make it clear for him.
