I was on the pill last month but i missed a couple days and i didn't take at the same time every day. So i was wondering if i should take another one or go to the doctor and could it have been to early to detect pregnancy?

See a doctor - periods can be late for all sorts of reasons. Maybe you should change your contraception if it will be a problem? And FYI poster below pregnancy tests these days can be used very soon after the expected date of a woman's period - you don't have to wait a month.

Hey. My girlfriend takes the pill, so i know alot about it, so im not one of those freaks that go to pharamcies and pick use pills just to read the label lol.
But, you probably took the prgnacy test too early, most pregnacy test cant even detect pregnancy until one month has passed. You missed a couple of days so you chance of you being pregnant could have increased. I would suggest you go to your GP. Remember that all sorts of things can affect your cycle and 8 days isnt really something to worry about ...yet.

Hey girl,
It is possible that you took the test too early and the chances of you being pregnant are increased significantly since you missed 'a couple of days'. But stress and worries can disrupt your cycle, so you won't know for sure until you do another test. I suggest getting to your doctor and getting a proper test done.
Whatever the outcome, you will be fine! xxx
