The first occasion, he asked me for my name. The second time, he actually pursued me, talking to me a little and asking for my number. He called me 5 days later and I was busy, so I said I would call him back. As it goes, I didnt get a chance to call him back. The next day, I run into him at the same place we met, and he doesnt talk to me at all. What do I do now? Should I call him? Reply to this Question Share |

He is more than a 'little' older than you! He probably knows if he is in his late 30's that this wont go anywhere, he cant offer a 23 year old girl what she wants and he is old enough to know this. So he realised very quickly that when you didnt call him back that you are too young for him and he has forgotten all about it.
Older men hate games and messing around, so when you were too busy to speak to him he will already have had a warning flag. But he will have given you the benefit of the doubt expecting you to be an honest person and follow through on calling him back. But instead you still cant make time to call him back, so he saw a young girl who is too busy for men at the moment and doesnt keep her promises. Not a good impression of you really is it!
I would forget about this and move on, he is too old for you and he has clearly seen that you are way too young for him.
Good luck!
