We both felt that instant connection with each other. We then had a second date and it seemed like he was a completely different person. After the second date, he just hasn't been the same. We have kept in contact through texts. He says its because he's extremely busy. I decided to see if he wanted to meet up for lunch this past weekend and he said "Unfortunately he can't because he had to work." I don't know if I should believe him when he says he's busy or has he lost interest. What is a sure way to find out?

Move on. When a man suddenly starts saying he's to busy, things just aren't going anywhere.
