writes:my girlfriend has finished me after 5 months she is 3 months pregnant it was my fault she left i was arguing with her she says its over and has barred me from phoning her im sorry i know it was my fault i hold my hands up . i have a little boy with a previous partner i have to see him in a contact centre and its his bday today i bein really snappy and short last week or so it bein on my mind but my ex has a lil 3 yr old girl i shouted at her aswell did mean to we got a new place together on monday and went to measure up thats when it happend im left with doing house on my own cant offord it but need to for my family but i messed im im scared not ate or slept not told anyone im to scared my ex with my little boy stopped me from seeing him for 8 months so dont want it again i love her our baby andd her lil girl but she wont speak to me she did and said its over im really sory i know i messed up how can i get them back

 First off no matter how angry are with your partner you should never never shout at a child. You need to prove to her that you are not going to do this again. Give her time. Join an anger management class and find out were the anger outbursts come from then show her you have made an effort if she is not answering her phone or door then write her a letter and explain you have changed. I hope it works good luck.
